Information we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, selected lease type, vehicle preferences, contract configuration, message and consent choices. We also record the page from which the request was sent and a reference number.
How we use it
We use the information to respond to your request, obtain or prepare a suitable vehicle-leasing quotation, keep an audit trail of your instructions, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Where necessary to progress a quote, we may share relevant information with an appropriate vehicle supplier, leasing broker or finance provider. We will explain the provider involved before a formal application or order.
You may optionally tell us how you heard about us. We include this answer with your enquiry to understand which channels generate enquiries. This does not enable advertising cookies or track your browsing on other websites.
Legal basis and marketing
We process quote information to take steps at your request before a possible contract and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. Promotional messages are optional and use the separate marketing choice on the form. You can withdraw that choice at any time.
Storage, email delivery and retention
Enquiries are stored in access-controlled hosting infrastructure and a notification is delivered to sales@nationwidemotorco.co.uk using a form-email delivery service. We retain enquiries only as long as reasonably needed for the quotation, customer service, legal and audit purposes, then delete or anonymise them. A saved vehicle configuration may also be stored locally on your device when you choose “Save on this device”.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To exercise a right, write to the registered office above and identify the quote reference where possible.
Optional analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is off by default and loads only if you select “Allow optional analytics” in the analytics settings at the bottom of every page. Refusing it does not affect quotation requests. We measure public page visits, enquiry starts, successfully saved enquiries and telephone-link clicks; clicks do not prove a completed call or sale.
We do not send enquiry answers, names, telephone numbers, email addresses, postcodes, application references or URL query strings to Analytics. If you opt in, Google receives limited technical and usage information, including the public page visited and analytics identifiers. Google processes this data using infrastructure that may be outside the UK, subject to its applicable data-protection arrangements. Google Signals, advertising personalisation and automatic form measurement are disabled.
Your analytics choice is stored on this device for 180 days. When enabled, this integration’s analytics cookies have a maximum lifetime of 180 days. Withdraw at any time through Analytics settings; future measurement stops and this integration’s accessible analytics cookies are removed. Withdrawal does not remove information already processed. See Google’s privacy policy. Essential hosting, security and saved privacy-preference technologies may still operate.
