Nationwide Motor Leasing is a trading style of HQ Sourcing Ltd, company number 16749475. Our registered office is Star Ironworks, Greenacres Road, Oldham, England, OL4 2BT. HQ Sourcing Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for credit broking activities, FRN 1054103. We act as a credit broker, not a lender.
Commission disclosure
If you enter into a credit or consumer-hire agreement following an introduction by us, we may receive a commission, fee or other remuneration from the finance provider, vehicle owner or another third party. The nature or amount of that remuneration may vary according to the provider, agreement or work undertaken and, where relevant, may affect the amount you pay. We will disclose the existence and nature of this remuneration prominently and in good time before you enter into an agreement. You may ask us for the amount of commission, fee or other remuneration we will receive.
The £199 administration fee disclosed on our deal cards, configuration summaries and quote requests is separate from any commission or remuneration paid by a third party.
Deal status
Displayed offers are supplied deal profiles and invitations to request a quotation. They are not a binding offer. Vehicle availability, manufacturer support, specification, delivery date and lender pricing can change before an order is accepted.
Advertised rental
The advertised monthly rental applies only to the lease type, initial rental, term, annual mileage, maintenance choice and VAT treatment shown on that deal. Altering any of those items requires a live quotation. Personal prices include VAT where stated; business prices are confirmed excluding VAT.
Administration fee
A £199 administration fee applies to every vehicle, deal and offer on this website, including stock added in the future, and is charged on every agreement. It is shown on deal cards, configuration summaries and quote requests. Any other payable amount will be set out before an order is placed.
Contract hire
Contract hire is subject to status and acceptance by the finance provider. You will not own the vehicle. The vehicle must be returned at the end of the agreement in accordance with the agreed mileage and fair-wear conditions.
Other charges and responsibilities
Excess mileage, early termination and damage outside fair wear may incur charges under the finance agreement. Insurance, fuel or electricity and maintenance are not included unless the quotation expressly says otherwise.

Images identify the relevant model but the pictured colour, wheels or optional equipment may differ. Confirm the precise factory specification in the written quotation before ordering.
